A PERFECT CIRCLE has released "To Whom It May Concern," their second single of the year following "Starless," which reached No. 1 on Active Rock radio. The track was written earlier this year and recorded at Billy Howerdel's Lankershim Ranch Studio in California. Howerdel produced the song, Matty Green mixed it, and longtime collaborator Josh Freese played drums.

The band has announced an extensive North American tour launching April 13 in Vancouver, BC, with stops at major venues including Red Rocks Amphitheatre and the Hollywood Bowl. PUSCIFER will join A PERFECT CIRCLE for all Canadian dates and performances in Detroit from April 13 to April 23 and April 25. THE CULT will support on all remaining U.S. dates from April 27 to June 13.

Tickets go on sale Friday, October 2 at 10 a.m. local time, with a pre-sale available from Wednesday, September 30 at 10 a.m. to Thursday, October 1 at 10 p.m. (Password: PERFECT). Local pre-sales begin Thursday, October 1 and run from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. local time. The Elizabethtown, Kentucky show will go on sale at a later date.
