ACCEPT Celebrates Half Century of Metal Dominance with Anniversary Tour and Release

German/American metal legends ACCEPT have embarked on their inaugural headlining tour celebrating their 50th anniversary, joined by special guests John Norum (EUROPE), Fredrik Åkesson (OPETH) and Ola Englund (THE HAUNTED) during their headlining concert Wednesday night (May 6) at Cirkus in Stockholm, Sweden.

Shawn Drover, former MEGADETH drummer, filled in on drums for the gig.,ACCEPT's 50th-anniversary tour will see the band bring half a century of metal history to stages across Europe, performing for fans in major cities throughout Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic.

The tour will feature special guests Swedish metallers DYNAZTY and U.K.

up-and-comers TAILGUNNER.,The extensive European tour marks a significant milestone in ACCEPT's extraordinary five-decade career at the forefront of heavy metal.

The band will celebrate their anniversary with an all-new, all-star lineup on their forthcoming album "Teutonic Titans 1976-2026," featuring newly re-recorded classics, rare tracks and guest appearances.,The release arrives September 4, 2026 via Napalm Records, and includes iconic songs from ACCEPT's formative years, such as "I'm A Rebel" (1980) to "Eat The Heat" (1989).

Every track features a different combination of vocals, guitars, bass, and drums, giving each classic a fresh edge.

Guest stars on the release include Tobias Forge (GHOST), Philip Anselmo (PANTERA), Kirk Hammett (METALLICA) and Mikkey Dee (SCORPIONS), among others.,ACCEPT guitarist Wolf Hoffmann stated: "It's incredible to be celebrating 50 years of ACCEPT, and taking this anniversary tour across Europe makes it even more special.
