During a May 21 appearance on SiriusXM's Trunk Nation With Eddie Trunk, legendary rocker Alice Cooper weighed in on the growing popularity of artificial intelligence (A.I.) in music.

He noted that while A.I.

can generate a rock star's image and sound, it lacks emotion and heart, which are essential elements of great music.

Cooper cited an example where he instructed an A.I.

to create a song about Eddie Trunk joining THE ROLLING STONES, but acknowledged that the resulting product would be lacking in emotional depth.

Despite his reservations, Cooper remains open-minded about the potential of A.I.

in music creation.

Cooper will support the launch of his definitive autobiography, "Devil On My Shoulder", with an intimate eight-date U.K.

speaking tour, featuring conversations and Q&A sessions with special guest moderators.

The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame inductee has left a lasting impact on rock music with his unrivaled live show and timeless anthems like "School's Out" and "No Mr.

Nice Guy." His influential catalogue includes platinum-certified albums such as 1971's "Love It To Death" and the seminal "Killer".

The latter even earned a spot on Rolling Stone's "50 Greatest Hair Metal Albums Of All Time".
