Annihilator guitarist and founder Jeff Waters has announced a chapter-by-chapter storytelling series detailing the band's full history, set to launch on Facebook.

The initiative follows Waters' earlier tease of 'something special' for fans, with the first installment released via the band's official Instagram account.

The project marks a new effort to present the band's legacy in chronological detail, building on Waters' long-standing role as both songwriter and driving force behind the group.

In April, earMUSIC released fully remastered editions of Annihilator's 1999 album Criteria For A Black Widow and 2001's Carnival Diablos.

Both albums were reissued on 180g black double vinyl with 45rpm audio and CD Digipak formats, featuring new sleeve notes by Alex Milas based on fresh interviews with Jeff Waters.

The reissues include detailed track listings and vocal tracks from original lineup member Randy Rampage.

Criteria For A Black Widow and Carnival Diablos were recorded at Watersound Studios in British Columbia and represent a pivotal shift in the band’s sound, emphasizing raw speed and technical precision.

The albums were reissued to highlight Annihilator's evolution from their 1989 breakthrough Alice In Hell through the 1990s, with Waters reuniting classic members Randy Rampage and Ray Hartmann and adding guitarist Dave Davis.

The remastered editions are now available through earMUSIC.
