Polish death metal band Azarath has announced the release of its new album, Scorn Eternal, on November 20 via Agonia Records. The album marks the band's return after a six-year hiatus following 2020's Saint Desecration. It is set to be released in multiple formats including jewel case CD, limited slipcase CD, black LP, gold LP, limited Aura LP, limited picture disc LP, and apparel such as T-shirts and longsleeves. A digital version is also available. The album was recorded at Sound of Records Studio from December 2025 to May 2026, mixed at Studio Wieloślad in June 2026, and engineered, mixed, and mastered by Haldor Grunberg of Satanic Audio. The cover artwork was created by Marta Promińska of Hypnagogic Art.

Azarath, known as a pillar of uncompromising Polish death metal, continues with its original lineup: vocalist Skullripper, guitarist Bart, bassist Peter, and drummer Inferno. The band has long been regarded as a demonic mutation of Krisiun and Immolation, with a reputation for relentless, blasphemous brutality built over two decades.

Scorn Eternal features tracks including Anti-Human Lord, Black Rite Ascendant, Profane Chaos, Pyre Dominion, Reborn From Cruelty, Sacrament Of Ruin, Revelation Of Deathly Glow, Requiem Of The Dead Sun, Throne Of Desolation, and Herald Of The Unseen. The album is described as an epic evolution of the band's sound, incorporating new elements not present in earlier recordings.

In addition to the album release, Azarath will perform at the Metalowa Wigilia Festival Tour in Poland from December 17 to 20, 2026, at venues including Progresja in Warsaw, A2 in Wrocław, Tama in Poznań, and Kwadrat in Kraków. The band will also play at Brutal Assault 2027 from August 4 to 7 at Josefov Fortress in Jaroměř, Czech Republic. Pre-orders are available at agoniarecords.com.
