Award-winning composer Bear McCreary has announced his follow-up album to last year's symphonic metal project, "The Singularity".

The new release, titled "Ekleipsis", continues the saga of a damaged world in turmoil and explores themes of disillusionment and perseverance through struggle.

Featuring an impressive collection of rock luminaries including Serj Tankian, Corey Taylor, Rufus Wainwright, and more, McCreary's latest offering promises to be just as epic as his previous work.

Among the guest list are Joseph Duplantier (GOJIRA), Patrick Stump (FALL OUT BOY), Claudio Sanchez (COHEED AND CAMBRIA), Jens Kidman (MESHUGGAH), Alissa White-Gluz (ARCH ENEMY), and many more.

The album's lead single, "Cool Kids", features Slash and will be released today.

In a statement regarding the album, McCreary expressed his enthusiasm for continuing the musical and narrative themes of his previous release.

His brother Brendan, who co-penned several tracks on the album, joins McCreary in this endeavor.

The track listing includes "Overture II", "Our Kingdom" featuring Alissa White-Gluz, "The Chandelier" with Patrick Stump, and many more.

In addition to the new music, McCreary has announced an eight-date West Coast tour for September.
