Southern rock quartet Black Stone Cherry have released their brand new 7-track EP Celebrate, via Mascot Records.
The emotionally and personally vulnerable music video for the focus track, “Deep,” sees the band wear their hearts on their sleeves.
The song's lyrics address the band's personal struggles with infertility and miscarriage, with guitarist Ben Wells opening up about his wife's pregnancy loss.
On their partnership with the Sands charity, which supports bereaved families and saves babies' lives, Ben shares: "We are thankful for charities like Sands who can assist in being a lighthouse in a storm and helping direct our hearts to a healing place." The EP features six other tracks, including the Nirvana-inspired grunge sing-along “I'm Fine,” and a curveball cover of the Simple Minds classic “Don't You (Forget About Me)” featuring guest vocals from Theory Of A Deadman's Tyler Connolly.
The band will celebrate their new release with a massive headline tour of the UK, lasting nearly a month.
The special "An Evening With" shows will follow their recently-announced EU tour, and will call through multiple cities before culminating in two shows in London.
Tickets are available now, along with an exclusive t-shirt and ticket bundle for fans in England, Scotland, and Wales.
Celebrate is out now via Mascot Records.
