With their seventh studio album, Vindicate, available in two weeks, Black Veil Brides are back with a collaboration the metal world never saw coming.

The band's latest single is "Revenger" featuring Machine Head, which frames vengeance as fantasy and delusion.

The track follows a self-styled avenger convinced that retribution could deliver justice.

The song showcases the versatility of Black Veil Brides, comprised of vocalist Andy Biersack, guitarists Jake Pitts and Jinxx, bassist Lonny Eagleton, and drummer Christian Coma.

Vocalist Andy Biersack explains the song's concept: "I have always been interested in the sort of ethical dilemma that we have culturally of cheering for justice.

I thought it would be an interesting exercise to write lyrics from the perspective of someone who is trying to seek out the ultimate form of justice." "Revenger" featuring Machine Head further showcases the band's ability to incorporate different vocal styles into their music.

Robb Flynn of Machine Head joins Black Veil Brides on this track, bringing his signature sound and tone.

Flynn has long been an ally to the band, having publicly supported them in the past.

The song is available now via all digital service providers, with pre-orders available for the band's seventh studio album, Vindicate.

The album will be released shortly after its pre-order window closes.
