In a new interview with Moshpit Passion conducted at this weekend's Rock Am Ring 2026 festival in Nürburgring, Germany, BREAKING BENJAMIN guitarists Jasen Rauch and Keith Wallen spoke about the progress of the recording sessions for the long-awaited follow-up to the band's 2018 album "Ember".

The album has been completed with some big announcements coming soon.

According to Jasen: "We're done.

It's sinking in, because we see all the comments from fans saying when's the new album coming out?" He added that the release date for the new BREAKING BENJAMIN album will be announced over the summer.

BREAKING BENJAMIN has released two new singles, "Something Wicked" and "Awaken", both of which have topped charts globally.

Their first live appearance with new drummer Brian Medeiros took place on May 9 at Welcome To Rockville festival in Daytona Beach, Florida.

The band is currently touring Europe as part of their first overseas shows since 2017, supported by CHEVELLE and RETURN TO DUST.
