In a new interview with Radioactive MikeZ host of the KCAL-FM program Wired In The Empire, BUTCHER BABIES vocalist Heidi Shepherd spoke about the band's plans to release a full-length album following the arrival of two new singles, Lost In Your Touch and Sincerity, via Judge & Jury Records.

She revealed that the album is complete and ready for release after working on it with guitarist Henry Flury and new bassist Ricky Bonazza, who replaced Carla Harvey earlier this year.

The new LP will feature a mix of melodic songs and brutally heavy tracks, including a single already lined up to follow Lost In Your Touch.

Heidi explained that the album will be a deeply personal work, touching on early-life moments she's never spoken about publicly.

She also mentioned that Judge & Jury Records, founded by producer Howard Benson and Neil Sanderson of THREE DAYS GRACE, has been instrumental in crafting the instrumentation for the new LP at West Valley Recording Studios in California.

The band's upcoming album is an autobiography that explores Heidi's life over the past 25 years, including her marriage and divorce, which she says will be a major theme on the record.

When asked if BUTCHER BABIES' new album would once again feature both melodic songs and brutally heavy tracks, Heidi replied: "Yeah, we still got the mix for you.

There's gonna be a song coming out that will be a neck breaker for you." The album is set to be released this year, with more information promised as it gets closer to release.

In related news, BUTCHER BABIES recently completed a European tour without Carla Harvey, who left the band earlier this year after undergoing emergency eye surgery.

Despite Harvey's departure, the band has continued to create new music and prepare for their next live shows.
