Today marks the anniversary of BW&BK's inaugural event, the 2003 BW&BK 6-Pack Weekend I at The Odeon in Cleveland, Ohio.

Headlining acts included NEVERMORE and CANDLEMASS, with additional support from TROUBLE, JAG PANZER, EVERGREY, KATAKLYSM, EIDOLON, FALCONER, WOLF, ELEGY, CAGE, FORCE OF EVIL, BEYOND THE EMBRACE, and ENTOMBED.

This year also celebrates milestones for Howard Leese (HEART) turning 75, Mike Vescara's birthday on June 13th, SKINLESS' debut Trample The Weak, Hurdle The Dead, THE ACACIA STRAIN's release of The Dead Walk, BLACK VEIL BRIDES' Set the World On Fire, and DEATHSTARS' The Perfect Cult.
