Fest has been scrapped due to controversy surrounding festival founder Ignacio 'Nacho Corrupted' Rodriguera.
Rodriguera faced multiple allegations of sexual assault and misconduct, which he denied as "false" and "misinformation." Despite his claims, a growing number of artists pulled out, including Subhumans, Ghoul, Dropdead, and Weekend Nachos.
Bands cited concerns over the festival's handling of allegations against Rodriguera.
Tankcrimes owner Scotty Heath stepped in to salvage the fest but ultimately bowed out due to "too many unanswered questions." The festival officially announced its cancellation on March 19th via Instagram, stating that all tickets had been refunded automatically.

Fest 2025 was postponed and tickets rolled over for another year, leaving fans holding over tickets disappointed once again.
