Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith has shared a new video featuring his take on a Black Sabbath-inspired track, complete with flams and signature hi-hat techniques.

The song is from an upcoming album that Smith was challenged to record by the team at Drumeo.

The video showcases Smith's impressive skills as he tackles complex drum parts with ease.

Additionally, it highlights some of his favorite drum tracks he's recorded with groups other than the Red Hot Chili Peppers, including songs from Wu-Tang Clan, Ozzy Osbourne, and Dua Lipa.
