In a new chapter for Charlotte Wessels and her band THE OBSESSION, they have released their latest single 'After Us, The Flood'.

Following the extensive touring cycle of their album 'The Obsession' (2024), the former Delain vocalist showcases her trademark storytelling and unique sound in this symphonic, captivating, and deeply urgent track.

Joost Van Den Broek produced and mixed the single.

Wessels draws inspiration from a wide range of musical styles, creating music that defies pigeonholing while retaining a distinctive artistic signature.

The song is about climate change denial, with an accompanying video offering a symbolic glimpse into a world where wealth loses all meaning once the planet as we know it is gone.

After successful tours and festival appearances, THE OBSESSION will join Amaranthe and Epica on their 'Arcane Dimensions' tour starting January 16.
