CKY bassist Mike Leon has announced his departure from the band, citing ongoing unprofessionalism and lack of accountability from guitarist Chad I Ginsburg.

In a candid statement shared with fans, Leon detailed the circumstances that led to his exit.

'I want to let you know that my time with CKY has come to an end,' Leon explained.

'Growing up, I was a huge fan of the band, but logistical and business disagreements created internal strain.' According to Leon, these problems weren't new, and he chose to believe things would be different despite being aware of past issues surrounding Ginsburg's behavior.

The bassist described the atmosphere behind the scenes as toxic and stressful, saying it outweighed the positive aspects of being part of the band.

'Music should be a source of joy, but the environment became a source of stress,' Leon stated.

His departure marks another lineup shift for CKY, whose history has been punctuated by internal turbulence over the years.
