Heavy metal icons ACCEPT, DREAM EVIL, TRIXTER, SURVIVOR, and QUEEN are celebrating milestones in the careers of their founding members.

ACCEPT's vocalist David Reece marks his 72nd year today, while guitarist Peter Stålfors of DREAM EVIL celebrates his 56th birthday.

Farley turns 54 today.

The founding member of SURVIVOR, Jimi Jamison, released the band's debut hit 'Eye Of The Tiger' on June 8th, in 1982.

That song reached #1 in Canada and #2 in the US.

In a recent interview with BraveWords Magazine, ACCEPT bassist David Bickler recalled that the opening of Rocky III was originally intended to feature QUEEN's iconic song 'Another One Bites The Dust'.
