CONVERGE is set to release a new album titled "Hum Of Hurt" on June 5, 2026.

The album marks CONVERGE's second full-length release of the year and promises a bleak-yet-empathetic assessment of the human condition.

Vocalist Jacob Bannon reveals that CONVERGE has taken the mysterious real-world phenomenon known as "The Hum" and reimagined it as a physical manifestation of human suffering.

With this album, Bannon explains, the songs are more raw and exposed.

The title track premieres today and stands as one of the most propulsive and emotional songs in CONVERGE's career.

Thematically, Bannon examines the price of the lives we pursue, reflecting on his own life choices and creative output.

"Hum Of Hurt" was recorded and mixed by Kurt Ballou at God City in Salem, Massachusetts, with engineering assistance from Zach Weeks.

The album artwork is a collaboration between Bannon and renowned U.K.

artist Thomas Hooper.

A low-frequency noise, often referred to as "The Hum," has been linked to suicides in the U.K., and its causes remain unknown.

CONVERGE's new album takes this phenomenon as inspiration for its raw sound.

The cover artwork features an EKG signal fusing with seismography, representing the conditions that create a 'Hum.' Bannon describes the figures on the interior artwork as representing the five elements of our planet, or "Pancha Bhuta," in chaos., CONVERGE has unveiled their new album's tracklist: Slip The Noose, Doom In Bloom, It Only Gets Worse, Detonator, I Won't Let You Go, It's Not Up To Us, Dream Debris, It Used To Matter, Hum Of Hurt, and Nothing Is Over.

This release follows CONVERGE's "Love Is Not Enough" album, which was released earlier this year.
