Elijah Blue Allman, frontman of the metal band Deadsy and son of legendary musicians Cher and the late Gregg Allman, has been arrested twice in New Hampshire.
The first arrest occurred on February 27 at St.
Paul's School in Concord after he allegedly claimed to be a parent of a prospective student to gain access to the dining hall.
He was charged with simple assault, criminal trespass, and criminal threatening.
After being released on bail, Allman was arrested again on March 1st for breaking into a residence in Windham.
Police reported that he smashed a back door and was discovered smoking a cigarette on a sofa by homeowners who had hidden in a closet.
He faces charges of burglary, two counts of criminal mischief, and breach of bail.
The latest incidents follow a highly publicized court battle with his mother Cher last year over concerns about Allman's finances due to ongoing struggles with drug abuse and mental health.
Allman has since relaunched Deadsy but publicly apologized to fans for delays in vinyl pre-orders.
In June 2025, he was hospitalized following an overdose.
