Concord, New Hampshire - Deadsy frontman Elijah Blue Allman has been arrested and charged with four separate counts stemming from an incident that occurred on February 27th.

According to a press release from the Concord Police Department, Allman was taken into custody for causing a disturbance in the dining hall of an elite prep school in New Hampshire.

The singer, who has struggled with substance abuse issues in the past, was released on personal recognizance and will need to appear in court in April to face charges of assault, criminal threatening, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespassing.

This incident marks the latest controversy surrounding Allman's behavior, following a hospitalization for an overdose in June 2025 and his mother's attempts to step in with a conservatorship last year.

Despite claims that he was sober on social media since 2024, rumors of another arrest in Windham, New Hampshire have surfaced, although no official police records or reports confirm this incident.
