DISTURBED guitarist Dan Donegan has put his home in Orland Park, Illinois on the market for $1.575 million.

According to public records, the 57-year-old musician bought the 7,000-square-foot house in March 2023 for $1.3 million.

Donegan shared photos of the property with fans and announced that he's selling his home after three years.

In a social media post on March 28, he expressed gratitude for the memories made there but stated it was time to move on due to splitting his time between Illinois and Sarasota, Florida.

He clarified that while Illinois will remain his primary residence at around 80%, he's acquired another property in Florida where he'll spend time with family.

Donegan previously mentioned selling his home as inspiration for the song "Don't Tell Me" from DISTURBED's album 'Divisive'.

The track, a duet with HEART's Ann Wilson, marked the first-ever guest collaboration on a DISTURBED record and was deeply personal to Donegan following his divorce.

DISTURBED recently released a new single, "I Will Not Break", in February 2025 via their own label, Mother Culture Records.

In October 2025, Donegan hinted at taking significant time off with the band in 2026, while lead vocalist David Draiman noted that the group would likely not tour soon.

This comes after DISTURBED's latest single release and as they prepare for an uncertain future with their music.

The post of Dan selling his home has gained a lot of attention from fans.
