DROP DEAD, GORGEOUS has shared another new song, "Cyanide", the latest offering from the influential post-hardcore outfit.
The track follows March's "Ghosts", with frontman Danny Stillman describing it as a "dark love song for anyone who's ever been addicted to someone they should've run from." This is not the first time DROP DEAD, GORGEOUS has explored themes of emotional vulnerability; their early work was widely praised for injecting post-hardcore with sincerity and authenticity.
The band emerged in the mid-2000s with a style that blended synth-laced breakdowns, theatrical flair, and raw emotion.
Their debut "In Vogue" became a landmark release for Rise Records, influencing a wave of bands that followed their sound.
With core members Daniel Stillman, Danny Cooper, and Jake Hansen back together after a decade-long hiatus, the band released a string of surprise shows in 2024, and continued to create new music in 2025 with singles like "Six Feet" and "Burn".
Their latest single, "Cyanide", continues their momentum into 2026.
