Detroit-based hard rockers EVA UNDER FIRE are back with their latest single, the sonically fierce and lyrically razor-sharp 'Murder Scene', released today via Better Noise Music.
The song explores themes of eating disorders, body dysmorphia, self-doubt, and the blurred lines between dreams and nightmares.
'Murder Scene' is the follow-up to the band's critically acclaimed debut album, 'Love, Drugs & Misery', which included the Top 20 Active Rock radio-charting single 'Unstoppable'.
The track features vocalist Amanda Lyberg discussing her own personal struggles with anxiety and insecurity.
Lyberg has spoken publicly about her career as a licensed therapist and how it informs her songwriting process.
Her story was even adapted into a short film, 'My Rockstar', which won over 20 awards in several film fests.
With their unique sound and unflinching honesty, EVA UNDER FIRE continues to captivate audiences worldwide.
The band will embark on a six-week U.S.
tour with Jeris Johnson and BUTCHER BABIES starting February 8 in Portland, Oregon.
