The Exiles have released the music video for 'Soul Woman,' a track from their album Turning Time, now available on Bad Reputation Records.

The video was created after the band rediscovered the song on master tapes sent by Tom Whalley, prompting a full reimagining of the original demo featuring scratch guitar, vocals, drums, and bass.

The band added three additional guitar tracks, including slide and a jangly 335 part inspired by Jimmy Page’s style, to honor the Led Zeppelin influence in the track's opening.

Backing vocals and Jeff Jacobs’ Hammond organ performance were also incorporated, enhancing the song’s overall texture.

Turning Time is now available for purchase on CD through Bad Reputation Records, with the digital version set for release on August 7 across all digital platforms.

The album includes 15 tracks, such as 'Rainmaker,' 'Tearing Up A Storm,' 'Ain’t No Fool,' and 'Soul Has No Home,' with detailed credits listing vocalists, guitarists, bassists, drummers, and keyboardists across all tracks.

The album was recorded in multiple studios, including Soul Kitchen in Malibu, Sunset Sound in Hollywood, and Royaltone Studios in North Hollywood.

Additional guitar and keyboard tracks were recorded at Empire Sound in Dallas, TX, by Alex Gerst.

The full recording history spans multiple sessions and locations, reflecting the collaborative nature of the project.
