German thrash metal band Exumer has released their new full-length album Death Mask Messiah, available now on Metal Blade Records. The record marks the band's first new studio output in seven years and features the first full-length recording with rhythm section members Alex Voss on bass and Jerome Reil on drums.

Death Mask Messiah was recorded from December 2025 through January 2026 and produced by Dominic Paraskevopoulos of Kreator and Caliban. It was mixed and mastered by Arthur Rizk of Soulfly and King Diamond. The album draws thematic inspiration from U.S. politics over the last decade, the pandemic, misinformation, and the 30-year anniversary of the Waco standoff, with lyrics exploring the influence of the military-industrial complex and the dangers of false leadership.

The 11-track album includes a guest appearance by Nasty Ronnie Galletti of Nasty Savage, who sings on Exumer’s cover of "Unchained Angel." The track listing features songs such as "Blinding Skies," "Sin Bleeder," "Eradication," and "Frozen Ground." The record is available on CD Digipak, digital formats, and vinyl in multiple limited editions including 180g black, galaxy red/black, saturn grey/brown ripple, and onyx black ice with white splatter.

Exumer will perform at multiple festivals in 2026 and 2027, including the Bosphorus Open Air Metal Fest in Istanbul on September 19, the Nuclear Winter Festival in Hirschaid, Germany on October 23, and the Alcatraz & Pluto Festival in Deinze, Belgium on November 21. Additional shows are scheduled at the Endzeit Festival in Essen, Hell’s Heroes in Houston, and the Maryland Deathfest in Baltimore. The full tour schedule follows.
