FEAR FACTORY has announced the release of a new album featuring its current lineup, with singer Milo Silvestro and drummer Pete Webber. The album will include 10 tracks and is set for release next year. The first single from the album, "Roboticist," was released in late August via Nuclear Blast. It marks the band's first new release with Silvestro and Webber, who have been part of the touring lineup since 2020.
The new album maintains the classic FEAR FACTORY sound, with vocals styled to mirror those of original vocalist Burton C. Bell. Silvestro emphasized that his vocal technique and tone are directly influenced by Bell, and he has incorporated vocal effects such as vocoders and looping to enhance the robotic, industrial feel. These elements are present on both the new album and the single "Roboticist," which features a cinematic music video directed by Vincente Cordero.
The band has also confirmed a European tour titled "Cybernetic Domination," which begins on August 29 in Poznan, Poland and concludes on October 10 in London, United Kingdom. The tour features CRYSTAL LAKE, HATE, and THE NOCTURNAL AFFAIR as supporting acts. The trek follows FEAR FACTORY's co-headlining performance with MUSHROOMHEAD, which begins immediately after the new album's release.
Additionally, FEAR FACTORY has announced a U.S. tour in November 2026, with support from DARKEST HOUR and BROTALITY. The band's latest album, "Aggression Continuum," was released in June 2021 and featured original members Burton C. Bell, Mike Heller, and Dino Cazares. Bell officially departed the band in September 2020, citing disagreements over legal disputes and personal trust issues.
