Swedish death metal band Firespawn, originally known as Fireborn, has confirmed a temporary lineup change for their upcoming tour.

Guitarist Victor Brandt will not perform during the North American leg of the tour due to commitments with Dimmu Borgir.

In his absence, rhythm guitarist Gustav Eriksson from bands Döda Havet, Aertrace and ex-Offertblod will join the band for shows at Party San, Alcatraz and Kaltenbach.

The announcement was shared via an official message from the band.

The tour continues with no further changes to the schedule beyond the addition of Eriksson.

The band has expressed gratitude to Victor, stating he will be available for other duties during this period.
