Heavy metal veterans Five Finger Death Punch will release a new single, "Eye Of The Storm", on Friday, May 15.
The track serves as the first taste of the band's upcoming tenth studio album, which is expected to drop later this year.
A short preview of "Eye Of The Storm" has been made available for fans.
In a recent interview with longtime radio host Abe Kanan of Audacy, guitarist Zoltan Bathory discussed the progress of songwriting and recording sessions for the band's new material.
He revealed that they have around 25 demo tracks in various stages of completion, with some already featuring vocals.
While in the studio since February, Bathory noted that the new record has a "little bit of a soundtrack quality" to it.
The massive 48-city world tour supporting their upcoming album will kick off on July 20 at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion in Camden, New Jersey and conclude on October 23 at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, Virginia.
Special guests on the trek include platinum-certified outlaw country musician Cody Jinks, who will promote his latest album "In My Blood".
EVA UNDER FIRE rounds out the tour lineup.
Five Finger Death Punch's current albums feature re-recorded versions of their biggest hits, including the No.
1 single "The End", which reached No.
1 on the Japanese iTunes Metal chart and No.
18 on the Japanese all-genres chart.
Their upcoming album marks a new chapter in the band's discography after the sale of their original masters without their knowledge or consent.
