The Foo Fighters have unleashed their first new music of 2026 with the release of 'Your Favorite Toy,' a scorching single that heralds the arrival of their twelfth full-length studio album.

The song's jagged guitar shards, sinister keyboard stabs, and relentless rhythmic pulse create an insidious earworm that's both instantly identifiable as Foo Fighters while sounding like nothing else in their monolithic discography.

Grohl explained the inspiration behind the track: "'Your Favorite Toy' really was the key that unlocked the tone and energetic direction of the new album.

We stumbled upon it after experimenting with different sounds and dynamics for over a year, and the day it took shape I knew that we had to follow its lead." The single is part of a 10-track album of the same name, recorded at home with co-production from Foo Fighters and Oliver Roman, engineering by Oliver Roman, and mixing by Mark "Spike" Stent.

The album consists of: 01.
