Rock icon Gene Simmons of KISS fame is set to make appearances at the upcoming Albuquerque Comic Con this weekend (January 16 – 18) at the Albuquerque Convention Center.

The legendary musician will be present on both Saturday and Sunday, with a special performance scheduled for Saturday at Revel.

A VIP dinner with Simmons is also planned for Friday, priced at $1000.

In other news, Simmons' restaurant co-founded with KISS bandmate Paul Stanley, Rock & Brews, is expanding to Royal Oak, Michigan this spring.

This will mark the first Rock & Brews in Michigan, filling the three-story former Hop Cat space on Fifth Avenue.

Tony Yezbick, co-owner of Rock & Brews along with his brother Danny and other private investors, expressed excitement about bringing the restaurant and bar concept rooted in rock music to Downtown Royal Oak.

The team aims to deliver a high-quality dining experience with a unique atmosphere that aligns with what Rock & Brews represents.

The restaurant is set to open in March.
