George Lynch has revealed that a new Lynch Mob studio album is in the works.

In an interview with Friday 13th Metal, Lynch shared that he's been working on the new material and has one and a half songs in the studio worked up to some degree.

He stated that he wants to take his time to ensure every song is great and there's no filler.

The album will have a heavier sound than their previous work and will be more akin to Alice In Chains style, with Lynch citing Dokken as an influence that didn't quite work out in the past.

The new material will differ from their previous work and Lynch hopes to release it soon.

Lynch also spoke about his other projects, including working on a tribute record to Air Supply, which he described as 'very intelligent and interesting music.' He expressed interest in continuing to create outside projects for labels and artists.

Additionally, Lynch discussed his plans for writing the next Lynch Mob record, which will be based on ideas generated while touring or at home.

Lynch Mob have recently released their new live album, The Final Ride, via Frontiers Music Srl.

This fully immersive live experience features a powerful career-spanning journey through their classic songs and iconic Dokken-era tracks.

Lynch expressed his enthusiasm for continuing to create music with Lynch Mob and his desire to focus on making sure every song is great for the upcoming album.
