GODSMACK has confirmed new fall 2026 U.S. dates as part of its 'The Rise Of Rock' world tour. The tour will begin on Friday, October 9 at Northern Quest Resort & Casino in Airway Heights, Washington. It will continue through major markets including Idaho Falls, Lincoln, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Cincinnati, Atlantic City, and Uncasville, where the band will perform at Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday, October 24. DOROTHY will join as direct support and special guest for the October dates.

The announcement follows the band's recent lineup update, which includes drummer Mike Mangini making his live debut on June 12 at the Morton Amphitheater in Riverside, Missouri. Mangini replaced Wade Murff, who had stepped in early May as a replacement for longtime drummer Shannon Larkin. Larkin, along with guitarist Tony Rombola, departed the band in late 2024, citing a desire to stop touring.

GODSMACK's new record is set to be completed by the end of 2026, with Sully Erna confirming that the band will begin writing a follow-up to 2023's 'Lighting Up The Sky' album after the New Year. The band has stated that it remains committed to live performance, with Erna emphasizing the strength of the current lineup, which includes himself, bassist Robbie Merrill, guitarist Sam Koltun, and drummer Mike Mangini.

The band has also reaffirmed its commitment to traditional live performance, rejecting the use of backing tracks in live shows. Erna stated that such practices contradict the foundational principles of rock and metal, citing a deep-rooted respect for musicianship and live performance integrity.
