West Coast death metal juggernaut Gravemass has officially announced the release of their highly anticipated debut album, This Is the Way, arriving March 6, 2026, via End Game Records.

The album is accompanied by a brand-new music video for the crushing title track, featuring explosive live footage captured during their 2025 performance at Armstrong Metal Fest.

Gravemass' lineup includes Lord Heathen – Vocals (Zimmers Hole), Mayan Hate – Guitar (Savannah, Just Cause, Dialed), Murderer of Colonizers – Guitar (Process, Punch Drunk, Savannah), Bowels of Hell – Bass (Subversion, The Golers, Zucckuss), and Destroyer of Souls – Drums (Zimmers Hole, 3 Inches of Blood, Revocation).

Their sound is described as "brutal, angry, fast, dark, and evil," a natural extension of decades-long friendships within the Vancouver metal scene.

"We're not messing around," Mayan Hate explains.

"The writing process remained intentionally raw and instinctive: riffs first, lyrics second, and only the material that felt right survived." Lorde Heathen draws from the chaos and decay of the modern world in Gravemass' sinister sound, with their live performance bringing every element together in a full-force assault meant for the masses.

This Is The Way is accompanied by five other tracks: "Slaves To Pain," "Horned King," "Harvest Of Souls," "Spitting Hell," and "Fallen." Gravemass emphasizes that their true power is unleashed onstage, where their live performance brings every element of Gravemass together in a full-force assault meant for the masses.

Watch the newly released music video for β€œThis Is The Way” as it captures that ferocity firsthand.
