In a new interview with Mind Behind The Music, GREAT WHITE guitarist Mark Kendall confirmed that the band is still working on new music with vocalist Brett Carlisle.

When asked if they have fully formed new songs ready to be released, Kendall said, "We have three ready to go, but we have seven on tape." He also praised Carlisle's energy and talent, stating, "He has killer energy.

He's not scripted.

In other words, in between the songs, he knows how to get the crowd going." Additionally, Kendall discussed the band's musical direction with Carlisle on board, saying, "Not at all.

We just write the best songs we can, and the best ones make the record." The new GREAT WHITE music is said to have a mix of fast-paced rock tracks, mid-tempo tunes in the style of FOREIGNER, and some blues-inspired ballads.

Brett Carlisle recently spoke with Seb Di Gatto about his songwriting chemistry with Kendall and rhythm guitarist/keyboardist Michael Lardie.

He stated, "Me and Mark, we write really well together," adding that they've managed to finish three songs in a matter of hours before, just writing." Carlisle also expressed enthusiasm for working with GREAT WHITE's members, saying, "After meeting them, they're all super-cool dudes." The band has been recording demos but hasn't laid down tracks at the 'studio studio' yet.

GREAT WHITE is currently touring with Carlisle on vocals and is set to release new music in 2026.

However, no official release date or details have been announced.
