GREAT WHITE vocalist Brett Carlisle made waves on Monday night's episode of the nationally televised singing competition "American Idol," showcasing his vocal range and talent.

The Alabama native impressed judges Carrie Underwood, Lionel Richie, and Luke Bryan with his powerful performance of GREAT WHITE's classic ballad "House Of Broken Love." Carlisle was awarded a golden ticket to advance to the Hollywood round, where he will compete alongside other hopefuls for a chance to continue on the show.

After being named GREAT WHITE's new vocalist in October 2022, Carlisle made his live debut with the band on September 24, 2022 at the Cannery Casino Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The singer has been playing guitar and singing since he was eight years old and counts bands like VAN HALEN, SKID ROW, and METALLICA as his main influences.

Carlisle's addition to GREAT WHITE received an overwhelmingly positive response from fans worldwide, with many praising the band's energetic live performances and Carlisle's ability to hit high notes.

The singer has stated that he is honored to be singing for a band whose songs he had previously covered with his other band ALL OR NOTHING.

The episode of "American Idol" featuring GREAT WHITE aired on February 9.,with auditions continuing through February 16.
