progressive metal band HAKEN has returned with its first new music in three years, a track called “In A Fever Dream”.
This song marks the band's first collaboration with a producer, George Lever from LOATHE and SLEEP TOKEN.
They've also enlisted renowned bassist Bryan Beller to contribute to this track.
The official visualizer for “In A Fever Dream” was created by Oli Kember.
HAKEN will headline Euroblast festival in Germany on September 27, along with Ross Jennings, Richard Henshall, Pete Jones, and Ray Hearne.
This comes after the band parted ways with guitarist Charlie Griffiths and bassist Conner Green in January.
In a social media post, they expressed gratitude for their time together but acknowledged Griffiths' and Green's importance to the band's sound.
Both musicians have released solo work, with Griffiths releasing “Tiktaalika” last year and Green contributing to various projects.
HAKEN spent 2024 celebrating its acclaimed studio album “Bauna,” playing two sets each night as part of their “An Evening With” run, which included a homecoming show at London's O2 Forum on September 21.
