HELLOWEEN has confirmed that the band is actively considering a follow-up to their 2025 album "Giants & Monsters", which was released via Reigning Phoenix Music. The album was mixed at the legendary Wisseloord Studios in Hilversum, Netherlands, known for its work with Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, and Def Leppard. Guitarist Michael Weikath stated in an interview with Brazil's Ibagenscast that the new project will involve substantial additional work and a significant amount of new material, though no official release date has been announced.

Weikath also addressed the possibility of continuing the "Keeper Of The Seven Keys" saga, which began with the 1987 and 1988 releases and was later expanded with 2005's "The Legacy". He dismissed the idea of a new installment, such as "Keeper IV", as repetitive and potentially damaging to the band's artistic credibility. He noted that the 2021 self-titled album, "Helloween", effectively already functioned as a "Keeper IV" in concept, and that the band would rather pursue original album titles to maintain creative freshness.

The band’s 2021 album "Helloween" marked the first release with an expanded lineup including returning members Michael Kiske and Kai Hansen, alongside Andi Deris, Michael Weikath, Sascha Gerstner, Markus Grosskopf, and Daniel Löble. The album debuted in the Top 10 in over ten countries, including Germany, Spain, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, and Austria. In addition, HELLOWEEN released a live album, "Live At Budokan", on December 13, 2024, capturing their performance at Tokyo's Nippon Budokan on September 16, 2023.

The band has not announced any tour plans, new lineup changes, or future album titles beyond the ongoing development of a follow-up to "Giants & Monsters".
