HOLDING ABSENCE's fourth album, "Modern Life Is Lonely", will arrive on August 28 via Sumerian Records.

The album marks a new direction for the band, with Lucas Woodland stating that they've pushed themselves in ways they never had before while maintaining what their language is.

They've introduced people to new sounds and explored themes of hopelessness, loneliness, and fear of failure.

With Daniel Braunstein on production duties, the album serves as a resistance to these struggles and a testament to the band's unique sound.
