Danish/Faroese progressive metal band Iotunn have released their new live album, Waves Over Copenhell, capturing the power of their performance at the 2023 Copenhell festival.

Out January 9 via Metal Blade Records, the album features standout tracks including the acclaimed “Mistland.” It was mixed by drummer Bjørn Wind Andersen and mastered by Jacob Hansen at Hansen Studios in Ribe, Denmark.

Waves Over Copenhell is available digitally and on limited vinyl in three variants: 180g black (333 copies), red/black merged (333 copies), and red/black marbled.

The release documents Iotunn in their natural environment, transforming a festival set into a sweeping, immersive experience. More than a live record, it captures the band at their most raw and majestic.
