Jack Osbourne, son of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, has announced the arrival of his second daughter with wife Aree Gearhart.

Named after her late grandfather Ozzy, Ozzy Matilda Osbourne was born on March 5 weighing in at 7 pounds and 4 ounces.

This new addition joins sisters Maple Artemis Osbourne from Jack's first marriage and daughters Pearl Clementine Osbourne, Andy Rose Osbourne, and Minnie Theodora Osbourne from his previous marriage.
