In a new interview with the Celebrity Jobber Podcast With Jeff Zito, ex-Motley Crue frontman John Corabi discussed his time with the band.

Corabi said that being in Motley Crue was the pivotal moment of his career, but also acknowledged that it came with its own set of challenges.

Reflecting on his tenure with the band, which lasted from 1992 until 1996, Corabi stated that it was both beautiful and a curse, as people continued to associate him with Vince Neil even after he left the group.

Corabi went on to discuss his current relationship with Neil, saying that despite some initial reservations about his replacement, they had since become close friends.

He also revealed that he still maintains relationships with fellow former bandmates Mick Mars and Tommy Lee, although Nikki Sixx is not someone he currently speaks with regularly.

The interview touched on the controversy surrounding Corabi's lyrical contributions to Motley Crue's 1994 self-titled album, which Corabi has since revisited on his new live album "Live '94: One Night In Nashville".

This release will be followed by his upcoming full-length solo album "New Day", set for release via Frontiers Music Srl on April 24, 2026.

Corabi's autobiography, "Horseshoes And Hand Grenades", was also discussed in the interview.

Written with the help of Motley Crue historian and author Paul Miles, the book offers a personal account of Corabi's experiences both within and outside of Motley Crue.
