In a recent interview with Scott Davidson of Chicago's Rebel Radio, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE frontman Jesse Leach revealed that the band will finally release the unused songs from their latest album sessions.
Leach stated that out of the 14 tracks recorded during the sessions for 'This Consequence', four were left off the final record.
The band plans to release these extra tracks as standalone singles in the coming weeks.
Additionally, Leach discussed the band's songwriting process, explaining that each member submits demos and works on them together.
A previously unreleased song from the sessions, "Blood Upon The Ashes", was made available on the 'The Dogs Of Hope' benefit album released last August via Iodine Records.
KILLSWITCH ENGAGE has kicked off a U.S.
tour with support from MACHINE HEAD, IRON REAGAN and HAVOK, and their latest album 'This Consequence' is available now via Metal Blade.
