In a new interview with Full Metal Jackie's nationally syndicated radio show, KREATOR frontman Mille Petrozza discussed how he keeps the songwriting process challenging after making sixteen studio albums.

When asked how he maintains creativity with such a prolific output, Petrozza explained that taking time to wait for inspiration is key.

He noted that KREATOR typically releases new music every four to five years after extensive touring periods, allowing him and the band time to recharge and come up with fresh ideas.

Petrozza reflected on his own creative evolution over the past four decades since starting the band in his teenage years.

Now in his fifties, Petrozza feels he has refined his craft and technical skills through experience and dedication.

However, he emphasized that the most important aspect of music creation is still enjoying what they do as a band.

KREATOR's latest album, "Krushers Of The World", was released in January with producer Jens Bogren at the helm.

The album was recorded at Fascination Street Studios in Örebro, Sweden.

The cover artwork was designed by Polish artist Zbigniew Bielak.

Petrozza will join KREATOR for their upcoming U.S.

tour this spring, which kicks off on May 7 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The band will perform key festival dates including Welcome To Rockville and Sonic Temple.

Their tour runs through May 23 in Huntington, New York.
