Lamb Of God will release their new album Into Oblivion on March 13 via Epic Records, marking their first full-length release in four years.

Into Oblivion finds the band fully embracing their status as modern metal veterans—answering to no one, with nothing left to prove. Across 10 tracks, the album nods to their roots, doubles down on signature groove, and pushes their sound forward, resulting in a record that feels both deliberate and untethered.

The album announcement arrived alongside the title track, “Into Oblivion,” and an accompanying video directed by Tom Flynn and Mike Watts. Aggressive and unrelenting, the song pairs Lamb Of God’s trademark ferocity with psychologically charged lyrics. Find the clip below.

Mark Morton describes the album as a product of creative freedom, unburdened by trends or expectations.

Vocalist Randy Blythe explains the title bluntly: “Because that’s where we’re heading.” He adds that the album reflects the rapid breakdown of the social contract, particularly in America—where behaviors now accepted would have been unthinkable 20 years ago.

Previously released singles previewed the album’s range. “Sepsis,” the band’s first new song since 2022, paid homage to the early ’90s Richmond underground that shaped their formative years. “Parasocial Christ” followed with a classic Lamb Of God-style three-minute assault.

Produced and mixed by longtime collaborator Josh Wilbur, Into Oblivion was recorded across locations tied to the band’s identity. Drums were tracked in Richmond, VA; guitars and bass at Morton’s home studio; and Blythe recorded vocals at the legendary Total Access studio in Redondo Beach, CA—birthplace of seminal punk records by Black Flag, Hüsker Dü, and Descendents.

Album pre-orders—including limited-edition vinyl variants and signed copies—are available here: Link . An unannounced first pressing briefly appeared on the band’s website earlier this week and sold out immediately.

Lamb Of God have also announced a Spring North American tour, billed as their heaviest trek of 2026. Joined by Kublai Khan TX, Fit For An Autopsy, and Sanguisugabogg, the tour kicks off March 17. Dates, tickets, and VIP packages are available here: Link .

Lamb Of God is Randy Blythe (vocals), John Campbell (bass), Mark Morton (guitar), Willie Adler (guitar), and Art Cruz (drums).

Formed in 1994, the Richmond, VA-based band has released nine critically acclaimed albums, earned five Grammy nominations, sold over 3 million albums, packed arenas worldwide, and surpassed one billion streams. Their most recent album, Omens (2022), marked their sixth consecutive Top 15 debut on the Billboard 200.
