  3. Lamb of God Launch New Single 'Sepsis' Amidst Busy Year, Announce Headbangers Boat Cruise Lineup

Heavy metal band Lamb of God have released their first new track in three years titled 'Sepsis'.

Produced by longtime collaborator Josh Wilbur and directed by Gianfranco Svagelj, the song's video showcases Richmond's gritty underbelly, reflecting its tense, claustrophobic mood.

Guitarist Mark Morton revealed that the new track is a tribute to the local underground bands from their hometown of Richmond, specifically mentioning Breadwinner, Sliang Laos, and Ladyfinger.

'Sepsis' marks a significant year for Lamb of God, which included their 25th anniversary concert, festival appearances like Inkcarceration and Louder Than Life, and headlining the debut season of Richmond's Allianz Amphitheater.

To cap off the year, they will be performing at Aftershock, AMMA Championship Fest, and their second annual Headbangers Boat cruise from October 31 through November 4.

The four-day floating festival sails from Miami to Cozumel, Mexico, featuring performances by Clutch, Power Trip, Kublai Khan TX, Obituary, Fear Factory, The Black Dahlia Murder, The Exploited, Crowbar, Nekrogoblikon, and more.

Comedy acts from Josh Potter and Saul Trujillo will also be part of the event, with hosting duties by Jose Mangin and Riki Rachtman.

Tickets for the Headbangers Boat cruise are available at Headbangersboat.com.
