Heavy metal newcomers Leatherwitch have announced their debut single and video, "Beast Inside," which will premiere on March 5, 2026.

The track has been mixed by Olof Wikstrand of Enforcer fame and features a guest appearance by guitarist Giuseppe Taormina (Ellende, ex-Crystal Viper).

Leatherwitch's vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Marta Gabriel is no stranger to the heavy metal scene, having previously disbanded Crystal Viper in 2025 after a successful career that spanned over two decades.

The band had toured extensively across more than 20 countries, playing major festivals like Wacken Open Air and Hellfest, and leaving behind a legacy of nine studio albums.

Their farewell live album, "The Live Quest," was released on Listenable Records in June 2025.

Gabriel also made headlines last spring for touring with Japanese heavy metal act Metalucifer as a bassist and performing two exclusive live shows as a solo artist in Tokyo, Japan.

Meanwhile, fans can preorder a limited edition 7" splatter vinyl of "Beast Inside," which will launch on March 5 along with the video premiere.

The vinyl is available as part of a special bundle.

On a separate note, Paul Di'Anno, original lead singer of Iron Maiden, has released his final solo album of original material, available now worldwide on colored vinyl via BraveWords Records.
