Milwaukee Metal Fest 2027 has officially announced its dates and headliners. The festival will take place May 14–16, 2027, at The Rave / Eagles Club. The event will mark the fifth anniversary of the festival's return to the Good Land.

Meshuggah will return to the venue, having first performed at the festival in 1998 during their debut US tour. This appearance celebrates a significant moment in the band's early history. The weekend will also feature sets from Testament, Crowbar, Yob, Pig Destroyer, Repulsion and other acts.

Saturday and Sunday headliners remain unconfirmed. Early bird tickets, including access to a pre-party on May 13 at a venue to be announced, are available for purchase through a dedicated link. Tickets for the 2027 festival are now on sale, with additional acts expected to be revealed later.

In a separate announcement, BraveWords Records has released the new album PRIOR CONVICTIONS by Alcatrazz. The album includes two new tracks: "Transylvanian Requiem" and "Stand and Wait Your Turn". The release marks a bridge between Alcatrazz's past and future, highlighting Joe Stump's guitar work and showcasing new material for upcoming studio recordings.
