Metallica have revealed plans for their M72 Weekend Takeover Events in Europe, with multiple shows and activities taking place across the continent.

The band shared details of the events on social media, stating that fans should expect more information soon.

The first confirmed event is a conversation with guitarist Kirk Hammett scheduled for Saturday, May 23 in Frankfurt, Germany.

Tickets for this show will go on sale tomorrow at 10 AM CEST.

Metallica will also be hosting Blood Drives across Germany during the weekend.

In addition to these events, Metallica have announced a series of Pop-Up Shop appearances in various European cities.

The first confirmed Pop-Up Shop event is set for May 21-24 in Frankfurt.
