Metallica have released the official live video for their performance of “The Shortest Straw,” filmed at Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt, Germany, on May 24.

The performance is now available to watch below.

In other Metallica news, the band have issued an update on their poster series, OverLoad.

This week's release features two new designs: interpretations of 'Fixxxer,' designed by Andrew Cremeans, and ‘Low Man’s Lyric,’ designed by Collin Estrada.

Both posters are limited edition screen-printed pieces that measure 18” x 24," and come with a numbered certificate.

Lucky random orders will receive a foil variant.

The posters are also available on t-shirts via The Metallica Store or the Probity Merch UK Shop.

The band's first single, “Stoned Babies,” is out now via BraveWords Records, ahead of their full album release in 2026.
