Southern California's post-hardcore stalwarts MOVEMENTS will release their fourth full-length album, 'Happier Now', on September 4 via Fearless Records.

The band has shared two new tracks with the lead single ' Dissolve Me' and the moody meditation 'Back In My Ways'.

Both songs showcase the band's ability to craft hook-laden anthems and slow burn sonic storytelling.

"Happier Now" was helmed by Grammy-winning producer Will Yip (TURNSTILE, TITLE FIGHT, CIRCA SURVIVE), who pulled out the best in MOVEMENTS' signature sound.

The album takes their post-hardcore scene to new heights, with emotional depth and expansive sonic landscapes.

In a statement, vocalist Patrick Miranda reflected on the band's writing process for 'Happier Now', saying that ' Dissolve Me', the first track they wrote for the record, set a precedent for the rest of the album.

The song is an introspective look at social behaviors and everyday interactions, with tensions building to a cathartic climax.

The band has announced tour dates supporting their new album, including appearances on this summer's Warped Tour tour.

With their signature sound firmly established in the post-hardcore scene, MOVEMENTS are well on their way to cementing their status as statesmen of the genre.
