NAPALM DEATH's bassist Shane Embury and touring guitarist John Cooke are currently at Parlour Studios in Kettering, U.K., recording demos for the band's seventeenth studio album under the production of longtime producer Russ Russell.

In a recent Instagram post, Embury shared photos from the studio session and expressed his excitement about the new material.

The band's last release was the mini-album 'Resentment Is Always Seismic - A Final Throw Of Throes,' which came out in February 2022.

This record followed their sixteenth studio LP, 'Throes Of Joy In The Jaws Of Defeatism,' released in September 2020.

Embury also released his autobiography, 'Life?… And Napalm Death,' through Rocket 88 in October 2023.
